Very disappointed that they were more concerned about making money than finding the right dress that fit me. They charged me over $200 to altered a dress that already fit me perfectly, which lead to it not fitting. It was my fault for not bringing an honest outside eye to look at it after the alterations. I couldn’t see the back, if they were true professionals they would have told me it didn’t fit. You can’t bring it back in after you have taken it out of the store, so it would have cost me another $500 + to have them take out their stitching. I hate every wedding photo of me to the side or back. I was VERY disappointed. In this business, can’t someone just be honest and look out for the bride instead of just making money. The first picture is before, some adjustments could be made to the shoulders, but they brought up the shoulders instead of just in, making the waist and bum not fit. The second picture is after.
I loved my time at Fantasy Bridal! Aspen was so incredible and such a joy to work with. She really listened to me and didn’t expect me to do any previous work for my appointment. She saw the inspiration of what I wanted for my wedding and ran with it. She brought so many suggestions so that I was certain of my decision. I am so happy that I got to say yes to a dress at Fantasy Bridal. 10/10 recommend working with Aspen!
This store is incredible! They have so many dresses, they seem to have every combination of neckline, silhouette, fabric, and detailing imaginable. This was really helpful for me finding the perfect dress, because after trying on something I liked with just one or two features I wasn’t sure about, they were able to show me similar options so I could see how all the alternatives looked and find the one that was just right. They also have various options for price and timeline. The consultant I worked with listened carefully to how I felt about each dress, and really helped me hone in on the perfect one. Whether you are looking for something very specific, or have no idea what you want, I would recommend going to Fantasy Bridal, they have it all!
I loved working with Fantasy Bridal - their whole team was amazing to work with. I went in during Feb to find my dream wedding dress for my wedding at the end of Sept. Their team members were knowledgable about their products and explained their process of find the perfect dress. There were very patient as we tried on several dresses and with each try/feedback session they were able to pull more dresses until I found the one I loved. They had a wide variety of styles, colors, and designs to fit anyone's needs! As I am very indecisive I slept on it and the next day they were able to squeeze me into try on the dress one more time - and then I knew. Once my dress came in I used their in house alternation which turned out beautifully. Their seamstress was very thorough and wanted to make sure we captured all the needed adjustments. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for their dream wedding dress!

This place was absolutely amazing. The from desk lady, Abby was amazing and super accommodating. I was paired with the bridal consultant named Q. She was so amazing! She made me feel comfortable, pretty, and took all my self-consciousness away in stride. Everyone there was so welcoming, and happy. They have an amazing selection of plus size dresses on the floor, so u can walk out of the changing room feeling confident and comfortable. No one here dresses you, you dress yourself and they come zip you up whenever you are covered and ready. They are super understanding of how nerve-wracking the dress buying experience can be and they do everything in their power to put you at ease. I will be recommending EVERYONE to come here. You don't need Q specifically because every consultant is amazing, but there sure is something special about her! A big thank you to the amazing people at he dress I didn't know I wanted, but making me feel good in it.
